Opening Hours

  • Monday–Friday: 10:00–23:00 (kitchen is open 11-22)
  • Sunday: 12:00–18:00 (kitchen closes at 17)

Change in Opening Hours:

  • July 1 until August 4
  • Mondays: Closed
  • Tuesday–Saturday: 11:00–23:00 (kitchen 12-22)
  • Sundays: Closed

Kafe Oslo

While the rest of the House provides food for thought, Kafe Oslo provides nourishment for the body! The café serves unpretentious food, ranging from small snacks to a full three-course meal. The café also provides catering for the rest of the house. At the far end of the café, you find the lounge called LesBar, a cosy area where you can bring a book, paper or magazine and sit as long as you want.

Food and beverages at the house

The café has exclusive rights to all food and beverage service on the premises. Menus for groups, conferences, meetings, and parties are provided by Kafe Oslo. The kitchen closes at 10 PM Mondays-Saturdays and 6 PM on Sundays.

Cook a Bookworm

A few times every year, famous bookworms and authors come to cook at Kafe Oslo. Come for a culinary and literary journey with a specially composed menu, seasoned with historical, literary and culinary anecdotes by the guest chef along the way. These events primarily takes place in Norwegian, to view upcoming events click the language icon in the top-right corner to view the Norwegian website.

LesBar

At the back of the cafe, you will find LesBar, a cozy area with no obligation to order food, where you can enjoy a book, newspaper, or magazine you've brought with you.
