Many of us live with a mind that never truly gets to rest. We look for solutions on the outside, often forgetting that the real source of peace, strength, and happiness lies within.
As part of her 2027 international tour, the world-renowned Buddhist nun and meditation teacher Gen-la Kelsang Dekyong is coming to Oslo for a unique event at Litteraturhuset.
During this inspiring evening, she will show how meditation can help us manage stress, quiet negative thoughts, and develop a deeper sense of inner peace and well-being. Drawing on Buddhist wisdom, she will share simple, practical methods that you can apply directly to your daily life.
Whether you are completely new to meditation or already have experience, you will gain valuable insights and tools for a calmer, more meaningful life.
No prior experience is needed. Everyone is welcome.
**Ticket Includes a FREE 4-Week Meditation Course on Overcoming Anxiety at Kadampa Meditation Centre Oslo after the event.**
